The objective of Funny Bone Surgery is to perform surgeries on cute, winking characters. You are a surgeon and need to complete surgeries as quickly and accurately as possible to increase your score. You will have to overcome various obstacles and master challenging levels. As you progress through the game, the levels get harder and therefore mastering them will become more difficult. The game starts by navigating the main menu. You can choose to play in single-player mode, or with up to four players in multiplayer mode. You should also choose the difficulty level that you would like to play on. The game has three difficulty levels which range from easy to difficult and you can choose whichever you are most comfortable with. After selecting your desired settings, you can start the game by clicking start.
